Palm Jumeirah Residence Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Palm Jumeirah Residence Card is available exclusively to verified residents of Palm Jumeirah.
1.2 Applicants must provide valid proof of residency, including but not limited to a tenancy contract (Ejari), title deed or recent utility bill showing a Palm Jumeirah address along with a valid Emirates ID.
1.3 Management reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its absolute discretion.

2. Application & Issuance

2.1 Residents may apply for the Residence Card online via Palm Jumeirah Mall, Golden Mile Galleria or West Beach websites or in person at the Palm Jumeirah Mall Customer Service Desk.
2.2 All applications are subject to verification.
2.3 The Residence Card will only be issued upon successful verification of residency.
2.4 The Residence Card must be collected in person from the Palm Jumeirah Mall Customer Service Desk.

3. Residence Card Usage

3.1 The Residence Card is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder.
3.2 The Residence Card must be presented at participating outlets to redeem applicable offers.
3.3 Some offers may require additional validation as specified in the offer terms.
3.4 Participating retailers reserve the right to request identification to verify the cardholder’s identity.

4. Offers & Benefits

4.1 Offers and privileges are provided by participating retailers, hotels and service providers.
4.2 Offers are subject to availability, individual terms and conditions as specified by each participating partner.
4.3 Management reserves the right to amend, withdraw or replace any offer without prior notice.
4.4 The Residence Card does not guarantee availability of specific offers at all times.
4.5 The Residence Card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Validity

5.1 The Residence Card is only valid for the period specified on it.
5.2 Expired Residence Cards will not be accepted.
5.3 Renewal procedures, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Residence Cards

6.1 Cardholders must notify the Palm Jumeirah Mall Customer Service Desk in case of loss or damage.
6.2 Replacement of lost or damaged cards may be subject to administrative procedures or fees, at management discretion.
6.3 Management is not responsible for misuse of lost or stolen cards.

7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

7.1 By submitting an application, residents agree that their personal information will be processed for the purpose of administering the Residence Card program.
7.2 Where consent is provided, residents agree to receive marketing communications, newsletters and promotional offers from participating Palm Jumeirah assets.
7.3 Residents may withdraw marketing consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in communications.
7.4 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal privacy policies.

8. General

8.1 Management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any misuse of the Residence Card may result in cancellation without notice.
8.3 Management’s decision in relation to any dispute regarding the Residence Card or its usage shall be final.
