The Palm Edit is available exclusively to residents living on Palm Jumeirah. Valid proof of residency is required during the application process.
You can apply online via palmresidentcard.dubairetail.ae website by completing the form or in person by visiting the Palm Jumeirah Mall Customer Service Desk with your documents.
Applicants must present a valid tenancy contract, title deed or any official document confirming residency on Palm Jumeirah, along with a valid Emirates ID.
Approved residents can collect their The Palm Edit card from the Palm Jumeirah Mall Customer Service Desk.
No, The Palm Edit is issued free of charge to eligible residents.
To redeem offers, simply present your The Palm Edit card at participating outlets.
All current offers and participating partners are available via the QR code printed on the card and via palmresidentcard.dubairetail.ae website.
No, The Palm Edit is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered cardholder.
A maximum of 2 cards can be issued per family/couple and 1 card per single individual.
Cards can be issued for family members upon request; however, issuance is subject to verification.
The card is valid for the duration of your tenancy contract. Offers may vary and are subject to change throughout the year.
If your card is lost or damaged, please visit the Palm Jumeirah Mall Customer Service Desk for assistance with replacement card.
